Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake with Simple Chocolate Sprinkle Topping

Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake with Simple Chocolate Sprinkle Topping


The Chocolate Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 200 gr butter
  • 200 gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 gr dark chocolate

The Topping

  • 200 gr dark chocolate
  • 50 gr butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • as much sprinkles as desired


Instructions for the Chocolate Cake

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer for 10 minutes on medium speed.
    Add the sugar and beat again for 15 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved. 
    Add the butter and beat for 5 minutes

  2. Add the flower mixed with baking powder and beat for 10 minutes
    Melt the Chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and add this to the cake batter

  3. Put the mixture in a bundt pan and put into the oven 170 graden Celcius for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Turn the cake on a plate. Let the cake cool of before adding the topping and sprinkles

Instructions for the Topping

  1. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds

  2. Add the milk and mix until the desired consistency is reached 

Putting it all together

  1. After the cake is cooled of, pour your topping on the cake and add the sprinkles.
